How do I report a bug in Brief?

Email support@briefhq.ai with a short description of the issue, what you expected to happen versus what actually happened, steps to reproduce, and any relevant screenshots or logs. Include the browser or client you're using if the bug is in the web app, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or another MCP client.

I'm having trouble with a Brief integration. What should I include in a support request?

Include the integration name (for example Slack, GitHub, Linear, Jira, Notion, Google Workspace, or HubSpot), your workspace or account context, any error messages you're seeing, and the steps to reproduce the issue. This lets us triage authentication, permissions, or sync problems without a back-and-forth.

Brief does not sell your data or use it to train third-party AI models. Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS, data at rest is encrypted in the database, and OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256.
